About the Role
We are seeking experienced, US-based Class A drivers to join our team as independent contractors (1099, Solo). This role focuses on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul operations, primarily hauling Hazmat tankers and tanker trailers. The position is designed for drivers who value consistent work without the burden of loading or unloading cargo.
Drivers can expect a steady schedule with an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. The role offers flexible home time, with a typical rotation of 14 days out followed by 3 days at home, ensuring you are home for at least two weekends per month. We provide 24/7 dispatch support to keep you moving safely and efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits
We pay for all miles, including empty and loaded runs. Our compensation package includes:
- Weekly direct deposits
- Fuel cards
- Paid extra stops ($50) and layovers ($150)
- 1099 tax forms
In addition to base pay, we offer a robust bonus structure to reward performance and safety:
- Sign-up Bonus: $2,000 (split)
- Referral Bonus: $500
- Safety Bonus: Up to $500
- Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000
- Driver of the Month: $300
Application & Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A license without restrictions (specifically no Air Brakes, Night Driving, No Semi Trailer, or Intrastate Only restrictions). You must hold an (X) Tank Vehicles/Hazardous Materials endorsement at the time of hire and have at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience.
