About the Role
As the Solar Development Manager for the Central Region, you will manage the day-to-day development tasks for a portfolio of large, complex renewable energy projects throughout their lifecycle, from inception through construction. You will serve as the accountable lead for execution in the Central U.S. region, focusing on the ERCOT, MISO, and SPP market areas.
This role requires you to supervise, coordinate, and review the work of multiple development functions, consultants, and technicians within a remote, distributed team. You will work closely with interconnection, permitting, real estate, GIS, finance, origination, and engineering teams to achieve project and company goals. Reporting to the SVP of US Development & Origination, you will help create best practices for the project development framework and conduct internal training.

Requirements
