The Proposal Specialist serves as a critical architect of our organization's growth, transforming complex sales opportunities into high-quality, professional bid and proposal documents. This role is designed for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing 6–10 concurrent proposals from kick-off to final submittal.
You will act as the central hub connecting the Sales, Technical, Contracts, Legal, and Marketing departments. Your day involves orchestrating the proposal lifecycle: drafting timelines, assigning tasks, and coordinating the collection of necessary content from diverse stakeholders. Beyond mere assembly, you are responsible for the narrative integrity of our responses, performing rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure every deliverable is compliant, compelling, and aligned with the client's specific RFP or RFI requirements.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring peers in proposal best practices, and navigating the nuances of government, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. You will not only manage the logistics of the process but also refine the language and strategy to execute a winning approach, often requiring flexibility to meet stringent deadlines.
