About the Role

We are seeking an onsite Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of six software engineers. In this role, you will design and develop new software primarily in C/C++ while enhancing existing embedded architectures. You will serve as a critical bridge between hardware and software teams, assisting in the development of new target platforms and troubleshooting interfaces. Beyond technical contributions, you will define architecture, mentor your team, and drive best practices for the full software development lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, fully onsite position based in Wilmington, NC. You will join a small, family-owned company where your contributions directly influence the organization's success.
