About the Role
As an Engineer, you will help deliver high-quality, reliable, and stable technologies and security capabilities that enable teams to build, release, and operate software with confidence. You will support critical engineering capabilities through installation, configuration, monitoring, analysis, maintenance, and technical support, while modeling Starbucks guiding principles.
Your work will enable fast, reliable delivery by supporting development teams and resolving developer issues. You will strengthen reliability and observability by implementing service monitoring, deep telemetry, and high-availability operational support. Additionally, you will build secure and compliant foundations by implementing technologies aligned to information security principles and upholding applicable policies.
