The Global Engineering Center in Puerto Rico is seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineering professional to join our team. This role is designed for a strong, passionate problem-solver with an action-oriented, collaborative mindset who strives to exceed expectations. You will thrive in a cross-disciplinary team environment, tackling challenges that require hands-on problem-solving skills to address complex issues and implement appropriate design or process changes.
In this position, you will partner with equipment designers to conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate on the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems. Your work will involve measuring and analyzing software designs to ensure business needs are met, building procedures to support product development, and operating systems for testing and design purposes. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and debugging control and diagnostic systems while determining end-user needs by analyzing system capabilities.
This position is based at our Aguadilla, PR location. Candidates must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment; relocation is not offered. The role is categorized as hybrid, requiring employees to work regularly both onsite and offsite. The specific ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader, typically following a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
