We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineering professional to join our cross-disciplinary team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This role is designed for a strong, passionate problem-solver with an action-oriented, collaborative mindset who strives to exceed expectations. You will thrive in a hands-on environment, tackling complex challenges by utilizing problem-solving skills to address issues and implement appropriate design or process changes.
In this position, you will partner with equipment designers to conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate on the planning, design, and development of electronic data processing systems. Your work will directly impact the business by measuring and analyzing software designs, building procedures to support product development, and operating systems to ensure established objectives are achieved. You will be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging control and diagnostic systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
This role is categorized as hybrid, requiring you to be onsite 3 days per week and remote 2 days per week, following the schedule assigned by your Manager. Please note that you must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment, as relocation is not offered. Additionally, U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the program and contract.
