At Wyetech, you will be at the center of an award-winning corporate culture dedicated to breaking technological barriers and solving real-world problems for federal government customers. We are committed to hiring the best of the best, offering a world-class, truly unique employee experience that is rare within our industry.
As a Software Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems, ranging from processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development to real-time systems and business management information systems. You will work individually or as part of a team to review and test software components, resolve problem reports, and provide specific input into system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and the use of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) solutions.
In this role, you will analyze system performance standards, confer with users and engineers to investigate problem areas, and design or implement complex algorithms that adhere to strict timing and resource constraints. You may also serve as a team lead, overseeing development teams to ensure work is completed in accordance with specific software development processes.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and a position-appropriate security clearance (e.g., Active TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph) are mandatory.
Wyetech is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible hiring process. If you need any accommodations during the application or interview process, please contact Brittney Wood at 844-WYETECH x727 or [email protected].
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications or analyzing resumes. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
