Key Responsibilities

  • check_circlePerform project scope and requirement documentation, test case development, and user acceptance testing
  • check_circleSupport business day-to-day activities and system usage or entitlement management
  • check_circleAdminister client/server databases and support Enterprise UNIX environments
  • check_circleDevelop and execute security controls to prevent internal or external attacks
  • check_circleManage and maintain a large install base of computers running various operating systems
  • check_circlePlan, design, and implement local and wide-area network solutions across multiple platforms
  • check_circleProvide mainframe system and application provisioning and support using JCL, TSO, and COBOL
  • check_circleApply programming skills in C, C++, Java, Perl, HTML, SQL, and scripting to solve business problems
  • check_circleAnalyze business processes and partner on system and process changes
  • check_circleSupport design, construction, and implementation phases of system or upgrade projects
  • check_circleAct as a liaison between business units and IT to facilitate communication

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, software engineering, or related field
  • verifiedCumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
  • verifiedProficiency in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, or similar)
  • verifiedWorking knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VLANs) and operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix)
  • verifiedExperience with cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • verifiedExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) or container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • verifiedExposure to CI/CD pipeline development, platform engineering, or DevOps practices
  • verifiedECL/GTC Required: Yes

Nice to Have

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, or similar) and experience building or maintaining production software systems. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VLANs) and operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), including experience in on-premises, data center, or hybrid cloud environments. Experience with cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) or container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Exposure to CI/CD pipeline development, platform engineering, or DevOps practices in an enterprise or production environment. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions. Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results under ambiguity.
