About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team, where you will lead the development of strategic delivery plans and oversee the execution of security projects. In this role, you will ensure alignment with Oracle's business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet stringent compliance and performance standards.

As a leader, you will mentor and train engineers, fostering a culture of excellence by equipping them with the skills to deliver and operate secure services effectively. You will design and deliver training programs on secure service delivery, including hands-on guidance on tools like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security features, DevSecOps practices, and incident management. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to shape the future of enterprise cloud security.
