The Academic Editorial Assistant supports Prof. Deidre Hill Butler with academic writing, research organization, copyediting, conference presentations, and scholarly communication projects. This position is ideal for a student interested in academic writing, research, editing, publishing, digital organization, and graduate school preparation.
You will work collaboratively with Prof. Hill Butler while also completing assigned tasks independently after training. The role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the departments of Sociology, Africana, Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies.
