The Social Service Coordinator is a pivotal leadership position designed to ensure the delivery of comprehensive family support services that promote the well-being of children and families. This role bridges strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, managing a team of approximately five Social Services staff members.
In this capacity, you will be instrumental in strengthening community partnerships, driving parent engagement initiatives, and maintaining strict compliance with program eligibility and enrollment requirements. The position requires a deep integration of mental wellness and family support services within the program, ensuring that families receive holistic care. You will collaborate closely with program leadership and multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall service delivery and foster a supportive environment for the community.
