About the Role

Senior Account Managers on our B2B Technology team serve as the strategic bridge between complex technology and business impact. In this role, you will oversee multiple account teams, managing both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution across media relations and integrated programs. You will guide teams in translating deep technical concepts into forward-thinking, results-driven communications aligned with client business objectives.

Beyond client service, you will play a key leadership role within the agency. You will mentor and inspire team members, contribute to new business development, and help Highwire deliver exceptional results. Success in this position requires strong writing, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the technology media landscape. You will act as an ambassador for the agency, setting ambitious goals through creative campaigns and ensuring measurable impact for our clients.

Location & Work Environment

Highwire offers both remote and hybrid work options depending on your location. Candidates within commuting distance of our New York, NY or San Francisco, CA offices follow a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week. We also hire for fully remote roles in a wide range of states including California, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and others. Please note that we can only consider candidates who reside in one of the listed locations at the time of hire.
