About the Role
The Social Media Specialist is the strategic engine behind our digital presence across multiple brands. This role goes far beyond simply posting content; it requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing high-volume platforms while driving engagement, ensuring brand consistency, and directly contributing to revenue.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between our venues and our guests. You will review and edit assets from photographers and videographers, crafting on-brand, engaging captions tailored to each unique concept. Your day will involve managing daily posting schedules, story updates, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will monitor direct messages and comments, ensuring timely and professional responses that reflect our commitment to hospitality.
You will also coordinate with in-venue teams to capture real-time content opportunities, manage link-in-bio platforms with accurate tracking for events and promotions, and support the rollout of marketing campaigns for holidays and special activations. By tracking content performance and identifying trends, you will help inform future strategies to improve reach and engagement.
