Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGreet prospective residents warmly and professionally
- check_circleConduct dynamic and engaging tours of the property
- check_circleManage all stages of the leasing process from inquiries to signed leases
- check_circleFollow up with leads via phone, text, and email to drive conversions
- check_circleHandle leasing paperwork and application screening with accuracy
- check_circleSupport new move-ins and coordinate a smooth onboarding experience
- check_circleAssist in resident retention and renewal efforts
- check_circleEnsure the model unit, office, and common areas are tour-ready at all times
- check_circleHelp with marketing and outreach efforts to drive traffic
- check_circleCollaborate with the Community Manager and maintenance team
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verified6+ months of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office
- verifiedUnderstanding of Fair Housing Laws
Nice to Have
Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or Remote Landlord.
