Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate social media and marketing leads to create and organize compelling content across multiple brands
- check_circleCreate detailed spreadsheets and proposals for social calendars across concerts and festivals
- check_circleSchedule and execute social posts upon approval from show leads
- check_circlePartner with the Headliner Experience team to monitor customer service inquiries and deliver social feedback
- check_circleCreate social reports and summaries recapping on-sales, events, and major announcements
- check_circleSupport social and marketing teams with on-site duties at events and festivals
- check_circleCoordinate asset distribution and social posting for internal departments like merchandise and record labels
- check_circleWrite creative captions and select assets for social media posts within each brand's sphere
- check_circleHire, onboard, and train various team members as needed
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- verified2+ years' experience with customer service and social media marketing
- verifiedUnderstanding of electronic music, festival culture, and live music space
- verifiedKnowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and live streaming apps
- verifiedExperience with HootSuite, TweetDeck, and Sprinklr
- verifiedBasic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and GIF creation
