About the Role
At Sunrun, we are building a world run by the sun. We are looking for a versatile Social Media & Content Specialist who is a master storyteller, a creative trend-spotter, and a digital native. This is a high-impact hybrid role designed for someone who can turn complex renewable energy topics into engaging content while simultaneously driving a robust sales pipeline.
You won't just be posting—you will be the architect of our digital presence. You will bring the Sunrun brand to life across our social ecosystem, using social media as a strategic lever for both brand growth and lead generation. This role combines high-level creative strategy with a targeted focus on supporting sales objectives through strategic digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCreate, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content including short-form video and graphics
- check_circleCollaborate with sales teams to develop content that addresses customer pain points
- check_circleDesign and implement social selling strategies to identify and engage potential leads
- check_circleCreate bottom-of-the-funnel content such as case studies, testimonials, and product demos
- check_circleDevelop plug-and-play social assets for the recruiting team to source top-tier talent
- check_circleIdentify and engage with industry influencers and brand advocates to expand reach
- check_circleTrack and report on KPIs including engagement rates, follower growth, and SQLs generated
- check_circleAnalyze social metrics to optimize content performance and recruitment conversion

Requirements
- verified3-5+ years of experience managing social media for a high-growth brand or creative agency
- verifiedStrong portfolio or reel demonstrating ability to create engaging short-form video and high-performing social campaigns
- verifiedExpert-level knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
- verifiedProficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Rush, After Effects, Photoshop)
