Social Media & Community Manager

About the Role

Boka is a fast-paced, mission-driven brand dedicated to transforming oral care through science-backed innovation. We are looking for a Digital Native and Creative Swiss Army Knife to own our organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role exists to translate complex product science—like nano-hydroxyapatite and 5% potassium nitrate—into digestible, scroll-stopping content that feels less clinical and more culturally relevant.

As the sole owner of these channels, you will act as the bridge between our product team and our community. Your day will involve planning content calendars aligned with product launches, editing assets with tools like Canva and CapCut, and engaging with our audience through witty, brand-aligned responses to comments and DMs. You will also leverage AI tools to streamline production and host intimate, high-impact IRL events to turn digital followers into real-world advocates.
