LinPepCo is an independent Pepsi-Cola distributor with over 35 years of experience in the Midwest. Our operations span five soft drink franchises, a full-line vending company, a full-service coffee division, and a refrigeration unit specializing in equipment service leasing.

About the Role

This position is designed to meet customer needs by delivering snack and beverage products while actively merchandising inventory to drive sales. You will serve as the face of the company at customer accounts, establishing and maintaining positive relationships while ensuring product standards are met.

The role involves a dynamic day-to-day routine: loading and unloading delivery trucks, rotating products according to company standards, and resolving any discrepancies that arise. You will also manage the financial side of vending machine sales by creating invoices and collecting cash, followed by finalizing end-of-day paperwork. Success in this role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Work Environment

Work is primarily conducted at customer accounts, which may involve exposure to various conditions such as dust and foul odors. The role requires physical capability to manipulate a two-wheel dolly.
