About the Role

As a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store, ensuring our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. You will have a direct impact on every location you visit, working independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

Your day will involve ensuring flower displays are immaculate and attractive, restocking and organizing inventory, and using your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor. You will interact professionally with store employees, managers, and customers. During key festive seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, you will play a vital role in preparing stores for high demand. While you will work independently, you will also support your teammates with special activities when needed.
