About the Role
As a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store, directly impacting the shopper experience by ensuring flowers are perfectly displayed. You will work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory. This role requires you to be the expert in flower handling, ensuring displays are immaculate and attractive while restocking and monitoring inventory.
Your day will involve interacting professionally and friendly with store employees, managers, and customers. You will also support your teammates with special activities when needed. During key festive seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, you will play a critical role in ensuring each store is prepared for the surge in demand.
