Becoming a Sales Consultant at Sleep Outfitters means more than just selling mattresses; it is an opportunity to improve people's lives and health through better sleep. You will serve as a sleep expert, uncapping your income potential while growing your career. This role is designed for self-motivated individuals who are eager to build a client base, engage with the community, and execute company initiatives that demonstrate our core values.
A Day in the Life
Your day will involve providing an excellent Guest experience by developing lasting relationships through our sales processes and post-purchase programs. You will utilize our exclusive Personal Sleep Profile to assess needs and make tailored recommendations, ensuring you provide the best sleep solutions. Beyond the sales floor, you will maintain a store environment you can be proud of and engage in community efforts to create awareness about the importance of sleep.

We look for candidates who are smart, hungry, and nice, with the aptitude and attitude to win. While retail sales experience is preferred, we value the right attitude and are committed to providing a comprehensive paid training program to help you succeed.
