If you have an eye for color, a sense of fashion, and strong people skills, you should consider a rewarding career as a Sales Associate. While a background in higher-end retail or interior design is a plus, it is not essential; we provide comprehensive sales and product knowledge training during your initial six months.
In this role, you will welcome customers with sincerity and friendliness, listening carefully to their needs to help them find the best solutions using our showroom and special-order options. You will actively learn about our products through informative meetings with manufacturer representatives and collaborate with our in-house Interior Designer to create and present design plans for clients.
You will earn a guaranteed $2,080 per pay period (biweekly) during your initial six months. At the end of this period, you can elect to transition to a commission-based pay structure, allowing you to earn at the highest levels based on your sales performance.
Candidates must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and a background check.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristics protected by law.
