About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will join a team of dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to have a positive impact on many lives. You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain a daily focus on individual and team standards, driving sales and profit projections while cultivating an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Your day will involve developing the skills and product knowledge of your team through training and evaluation, as well as recruiting and selecting new talent. You will also be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures while performing various operational and strategic duties.
