About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Sales and Merchandising Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the orderly operation and safety of the store while ensuring sales policies and procedures are executed effectively. As a leader on the sales floor, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in alignment with company policy and driving customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity goals.
In this position, you will manage freight flow, merchandise processing, and inventory control, while also overseeing staffing, orientation, and training. You will partner with the General Manager to review P&L statements, identify areas for improvement, and implement sales strategies. Additionally, you will serve as the manager-in-charge during the absence of senior leadership, ensuring seamless operations and upholding our standards for product knowledge and solution selling.

Requirements
- verifiedTwo or more years of experience with a major big box retailer in a high-volume, 30,000+ square-foot store

Nice to Have
Experience in a commissioned sales environment or within the consumer electronics industry. A college degree.
