The Relationship Banker I serves as the frontline of our branch, ensuring accurate and timely processing of teller and cash vault transactions. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while strictly adhering to bank policies, maintaining essential controls, and mitigating risk. Beyond transactional accuracy, you will play a key part in helping customers achieve their financial goals through the sales and servicing of bank products and services.
You will work closely with the branch team to drive collective success, balancing individual performance metrics with team scorecard goals. Your day-to-day involves handling customer inquiries, managing cash drawers and vaults, and identifying opportunities to offer appropriate products to both new and existing clients.
