About the Role
This isn't your typical retail job. As a Sleep Expert, you will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center.
You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, providing technical and product knowledge to customers, and maintaining those connections during and after the purchase. By leveraging social media and staying aware of the competition, you will help drive sales performance and brand awareness.
