About the Role

As a Sleep Expert, you will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by offering best-in-class products and support. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center.

In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships to ensure the customer always feels prioritized. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical and product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions. Your day will involve driving individual sales performance while demonstrating company values, maintaining customer relationships during and after the purchase, and staying aware of the competitive landscape. Additionally, you will leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
