About the Role

This isn't your typical retail job. As a Sleep Expert, you will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center.

In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships to ensure the customer always feels prioritized. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical and product knowledge to guide clients. Beyond the sales floor, you will maintain customer relationships during and after the purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. You will also leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and stay aware of competitor activities to drive individual performance.
