This role is part of the Systems Application Support Team within Enrollment Management, where adaptability, excellence, and passion are vital. We seek a team member who can effectively interact with a varied population of internal and external partners at a high level of integrity, supporting the university's mission through their work.
The Slate Manager partners with colleagues within Enrollment Management and Computing Services, along with other institutional stakeholders, to ensure the Slate CRM platform effectively supports recruitment, application processing, communications, reporting, and student success initiatives. You will bring the same passion and dedication to the team as you support the strategic configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Slate platform.
In this role, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices. You will collaborate with functional stakeholders to analyze existing workflows, recommend system-driven process improvements, and identify opportunities to streamline operations. Your work ensures that data integrity, validation rules, and compliance standards are consistently maintained while fostering a culture of effective system adoption through training and documentation.
