About the Role
As a Skip Tracer, you will be the investigative engine behind our recovery efforts. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your detail-oriented approach and problem-solving skills directly impact our ability to assist customers who have defaulted on their auto loans. This role is designed for those who enjoy the challenge of locating individuals and turning complex data into actionable results.
Your day will involve utilizing various skip tracing tools, databases, social media, and public records to gather accurate information on accounts 91+ days delinquent. You will serve as a critical link between our internal collections staff and third-party repossession agents, providing real-time updates on leads and vehicle locations. Success in this position requires balancing high-pressure multitasking with strict adherence to federal and state compliance requirements, including the FDCPA.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position based at our Arlington, TX corporate office. The schedule operates Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday required. We offer onsite gym access to support your well-being while you work.
