Skillbridge Recruitment Coordinator (for military members only)

About the Role

As an Intern Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day job posting efforts, strategies, and reporting for our various clients. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and communication skills. You will leverage innovative approaches to utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, social media, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines.

Your day-to-day activities will involve routine assignments that are easily learned on the job, including managing daily communications via email, text, and phone calls to maintain candidate pipelines. You will also assist with content writing for outreach templates and contribute to weekly reporting efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to assist with recruitment and hiring efforts while ensuring accurate onboarding and supporting employees with inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and policy.

Program Structure

This 16-week (4-month) program is structured to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience within the Talent Acquisition function:

• Week 1: Introduction to the Maximus Learn Posting team structure, the Talent Acquisition Marketing team structure, and how we support the larger TA function.
• Weeks 2-4: Job distribution channels, learning how to post and unpost open positions, sourcing efforts across multiple channels, and template usage.
• Week 5: Content creation, focusing on creating various outreach templates to ensure a positive candidate experience and high response rates.
• Week 6: Reporting, learning how to update weekly and monthly reports for conversion metrics and vendor ROI.
• Weeks 7-16: Ownership phase where you will take ownership of assigned locations for all posting, updating, and refreshing needs. You will create monthly templates for event recruitment marketing and maintain weekly reports for the Recruiting Manager.
