The SkillBridge initiative connects transitioning service members with civilian career opportunities through structured training programs. This 24-week (6-month) trainee role is designed to provide hands-on experience within Maximus's recruitment marketing team, bridging the gap between military service and the civilian workforce.
As a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist, you will serve as a vital support to the team planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns. This position is ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the full lifecycle of employer branding and talent acquisition marketing.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating on integrated marketing campaigns, from crafting strategies and audience segmentation to building email nurtures and measuring results. You will act as a brand ambassador at virtual and on-site career fairs, assist in creating graphics and copy for social media, and support the optimization of landing pages. The role emphasizes continuous learning, offering exposure to digital advertising platforms, performance analytics, and A/B testing while ensuring all activities align with brand and compliance standards.
