About the Role
The Security Field Supervisor plays a pivotal role in assisting and following the directives of Operations Managers to enforce regulations, governing State and Federal laws, and company policies. This position is designed for experienced Security Officers and Managers who are dedicated to developing security officers to exceed expectations and prepare them for future career potential.
As a leader within the team, you will be responsible for training the officers under your supervision to ensure the staff remains "Prompt, Professional, and Engaged." You will manage weekly schedules for multiple locations, conduct supervisory visits, and represent the company in a professional manner at all times. The role requires adaptability and the ability to respond immediately to business needs, including filling open shifts and managing site performance.
