About the Role

The Behavioral - Local Support role is designed to assist with the clinical oversight and quality of behavioral services provided to educational service clients. This position serves as a bridge between clinical strategy and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that behavioral programs in educational settings are effective, compliant, and supportive of student needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight, training, and direct management of behavioral staff. You will leverage your expertise in behavior program structures to develop strong collaborative relationships with school staff, conduct quality assurance visits, and actively participate in clinical quality initiatives. The role involves a blend of direct clinical service and operational leadership, including performing BCBA services such as IEP supervision, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). You will also engage in business growth activities by assisting with interviews, providing consultation to business development teams, and attending client meetings to ensure service satisfaction and program alignment.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this position will be required to successfully complete Amergis' Competency program and new hire training as applicable to the specific job site. All hires must demonstrate proficiency in patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
