Site Security Manager with Security Clearance

Position Overview

This is a full-time role based at a 24/7 site. Candidates must possess an active and current Top-Secret clearance to be considered.

Role Context

In this position, you will serve as a critical support to the Site Security Manager(s), assisting with their services duties and functioning as their designated backup. The role is integral to maintaining operational continuity and security standards within the site environment.

Key Focus Areas

Your primary focus will be on the management and development of unarmed Supplier security personnel. This includes supporting the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of the security team. You will ensure that all personnel are properly licensed and meet all federal, state, and local requirements for unarmed security roles.

A significant portion of the role involves maintaining strict accountability for all supplier-provided equipment and expendable supplies required to fulfill the Statement of Work. You will be responsible for maintaining training records and necessary logs, ensuring that all team members remain competent in the specific security systems, equipment, tools, and processes relevant to their roles.

Audit and Compliance

The role requires continual preparation for both internal and third-party audits, whether announced or unannounced. You will be expected to demonstrate adherence with approved security controls and procedures, consistently maintaining documentation and following standardized protocols to ensure compliance during these evaluations.
