About the Role

Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Site Security professional to support a prominent hospitality and travel client. In this on-site position, you will serve as the first line of defense, safeguarding guests, staff, and property through vigilant patrols, precise access control, and effective incident response.

This role is designed for individuals who understand that security in the hospitality industry is as much about service as it is about safety. You will deliver courteous, guest-centric interactions while maintaining a secure environment. Working within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, you will collaborate closely with hotel operations to ensure seamless experiences for all visitors.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of proactive monitoring and responsive action. You will patrol entrances, exits, and key areas to ensure a secure atmosphere, utilizing CCTV and access control systems to maintain oversight. When alarms trigger or guest concerns arise, you will respond calmly and professionally, enforcing site policies while prioritizing customer service.

Beyond routine checks, you will be responsible for documenting incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues with accuracy. During peak periods or special events, you may support crowd control efforts, coordinating with local authorities and hotel staff as needed to ensure safety and order.
