About the Role

Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Site Security professional to support a prominent hospitality and travel client. In this on-site position, you will serve as the first line of defense, safeguarding guests, staff, and property through vigilant patrols, precise access control, and effective incident response.

This role is designed for individuals who understand that security in the hospitality industry is as much about service as it is about safety. You will deliver courteous, guest-centric interactions while maintaining a secure environment. Working within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, you will collaborate closely with hotel operations staff to ensure seamless operations and continuous professional development.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve monitoring entrances and exits to ensure a secure atmosphere, conducting regular foot and perimeter patrols, and operating CCTV and access control systems. You will be the calm, professional face of security when responding to alarms, guest concerns, or emergencies. Additionally, you will support crowd control during peak periods and events, document all incidents and hazards, and maintain clear communication with local authorities and internal teams as needed.
