About the Role
Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Site Security professional to support a prominent hospitality and travel client. In this on-site position, you will serve as the first line of defense, safeguarding guests, staff, and property through vigilant patrols, precise access control, and effective incident response. The role is designed for individuals who can seamlessly blend security protocols with courteous, service-focused interactions.
You will operate within a fast-paced, guest-centric environment where teamwork, professionalism, and continuous development are highly valued. Your day-to-day involves monitoring entrances and exits, conducting regular foot and perimeter patrols, and ensuring a secure atmosphere for all visitors. You will be the point of contact for alarms, guest concerns, and emergencies, responding with calm professionalism while enforcing site policies.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with hotel operations staff and local authorities to maintain safety standards, support crowd control during peak periods, and manage event security. Additionally, you will utilize CCTV and communication systems to monitor the site and document any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues that arise.
