Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this onsite role, you will serve as a critical guardian of our system health, ensuring high availability and performance for our production environments. You will work at the intersection of development and operations, driving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure.

Your day-to-day involves proactively monitoring system performance using advanced observability tools and managing high-criticality incidents with a focus on minimizing downtime. Beyond immediate incident resolution, you will collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to drive continuous improvement in monitoring coverage and alerting accuracy. A significant part of your mission includes leading the migration of legacy applications to cloud platforms and fostering a culture of automation to streamline incident response and post-incident reviews.
