We are seeking an experienced and passionate Site Mentor to support and elevate the quality of early childhood education across our program. In this role, you will partner with teachers to strengthen classroom practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster high-quality learning environments where every child can thrive.
You will serve as a vital link between site staff and program leadership, providing individualized coaching and mentorship to lead teachers and classroom staff. Your day will involve conducting regular classroom observations, delivering constructive feedback aligned with developmentally appropriate practices, and modeling best instructional strategies. Beyond direct coaching, you will facilitate group professional development workshops and reflective practice sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Our program is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care and education. As a Site Mentor, you play a critical part in ensuring our sites operate in full compliance with Title 5 and Title 22 regulations, including health, safety, and program standards.
