About the Role

The Site Manager is the face of G. Fedale on the ground, responsible for building and sustaining positive relationships with both our subcontractors and our customers. This role exists to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and service from project start-up to completion. You will be on the go all day, moving between job sites to check progress, assist crews, and pay close attention to project details.

Your day involves a dynamic blend of field operations and client relations. You will start early, often arriving by 7:00 AM, to set the stage for the crew, introduce them to homeowners, and re-set expectations. Throughout the day, you will act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, answering questions, putting them at ease, and collecting payments. Simultaneously, you will coordinate with the Project Manager, crew leaders, and the Senior PM to resolve issues, manage schedules, and ensure materials are on hand.

Beyond the daily grind, you will be responsible for closing out jobs efficiently. This includes conducting final inspections, managing punch lists, and securing signed certificates of completion, final payments, and customer reviews. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, field-knowledgeable, and a natural problem-solver who connects well with others and handles conflict with care and integrity.
