The Site Engineer position is a field and project-based leadership role focused on site operations. You will support field activities while assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in managing the technical and management aspects of projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn the fundamentals of Geotechnical Construction and field technical services while taking ownership of site operations.
Typically supporting one medium to large-size project, you will spend most of your time on project sites throughout the Eastern region of the United States. The position requires you to work independently with limited supervision, coordinating third-party quality control services, tracking materials, and ensuring compliance with safety programs.
Candidates are encouraged to apply directly through our career portal. The interview process typically involves a review of qualifications followed by discussions with the hiring team to assess technical fit and alignment with our field-focused culture.
