We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team. In this role, you will perform site development engineering and project management tasks for a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with a team of industry-leading engineers, designers, various jurisdictions, and contractors to deliver diverse land development site designs.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to build meaningful internal and external professional relationships. You will assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules while engaging in research, coordination, cost estimating, and permitting for land disturbance. The role involves preparing bid packages and technical specifications, ensuring that you are contributing to high-quality construction documents and plan sets.
