About the Role
As the Asbury Inn & Suites Shuttle Driver, you serve as a vital link between our hotel and our guests, providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services. Working closely with Front Desk Staff, Night Auditors, and the Operations Manager, your primary mission is to ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction from the moment you welcome a guest until they reach their destination.
In this role, you will represent the hotel in a courteous and professional manner. Your day involves assisting guests with luggage, answering inquiries about the hotel and local area, and coordinating shuttle schedules based on flight information. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle, ensuring daily inspection logs are up to date, and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
