The Role

As a Shop Technician, you will be the backbone of our installation shop, overseeing all daily activities to ensure seamless operations. This role is about more than just technical skills; it is about maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient environment where quality service thrives. You will manage inventory, handle paperwork for installs and removals, and ensure that all tools and equipment are ready for use. Your expertise will directly impact the customer experience, as you guide them through the process with professionalism and care.
