The Shop Mechanic role is designed for individuals who are passionate about heavy equipment and eager to build a long-term career rather than just hold a job. You will join a dedicated team committed to professional growth, working in a shop equipped with state-of-the-art resources and top-tier training programs.
In this position, you will ensure equipment repairs are performed accurately and timely to maximize customer uptime. Your day-to-day involves analyzing and diagnosing malfunctions across all makes and models of agricultural equipment. You will repair, replace, or rebuild critical components including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and air conditioning. Additionally, you will assist with pre-delivery setup and installation for John Deere equipment and allied products. You will work alongside other trained mechanics in a supportive environment where your voice is heard and your opinions matter.
