About the Role
The Shop Mechanic position is designed for individuals who are passionate about heavy equipment and eager to build a long-term career rather than just hold a job. In this role, you will join a dedicated team of trained mechanics in a resource-rich environment, working on all makes and models of agricultural equipment. Your primary mission is to ensure equipment repairs are performed accurately and timely, directly supporting our customers by maximizing their uptime.
Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and diagnosing malfunctions across engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and air conditioning systems. You will also assist with pre-delivery setup and installation for John Deere equipment and allied products.
