We are hiring a Shop Manager to lead our Reading, PA location. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys running a small site, coordinating drivers and deliveries, and serving as the trusted local face of Stafford for our Reading-area customers. In this position, you will own customer relationships, manage day-to-day operations, and partner with our Sales & Marketing and General Management teams to drive site priorities.
