About the Role
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in Hodges, SC. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time production by coordinating materials, production schedules, and order execution. As a Scheduler, you will actively participate in production activities, leveraging manufacturing systems to maintain operational efficiency and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will work cross-functionally with production, material control, and customer service teams to communicate order and material status. Your day will involve developing and managing daily and weekly production plans, ensuring materials are available to meet hourly production goals, and monitoring schedule performance to drive timely corrective actions. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
